2-3 Prenatal visits
1.5 hour visits where we get to know each other closely and I can better understand your vision, hopes and fears. In the past these visits have included hikes together and attending Prenatal yoga classes with clients for extra support.
Labor & Delivery
Active labor up to 15 hours & 2 hours immediate postpartum
I attend all births with what I call the “Mary Poppins” doula bag of goodies. Twinkle lights, aromatherapy, birthing comb, energy chews..whatever you need.
2 Postpartum visits
1 hour visits | Includes a few gifted postpartum essentials and lactation protein balls
Breastfeeding & Lactation
Consulting as needed
